一 |     (ECNS) -- Handmade intangible cultural heritage crafts such as cloisonne are becoming popular wedding gifts among young Chinese, particularly around the Qixi Festival, or Chinese Valentine's day.    In Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, workshops reported rising numbers of customers aged 20 to 35 creating personalized gifts including cloisonné plates, motherofpearl inlay and incense.    Cloisonne inheritor Huang Wenhai said the painstaking process symbolizes how marriage is built through patience and adjustment. 二 |     　　中新社石家庄8月21日电 (记者 阮煜琳)中国钢铁工业协会会长赵民革21日表示，上半年，中钢协重点统计企业累计营业收入3.05万亿元(人民币，下同)，同比下降0.7%。重点统计企业利润下降，行业资产状况改善。　　中国钢铁工业协会第十四次会员大会暨七届一次理事会议21日在石家庄举行。赵民革在会上表示，今年初以来，面对行业“供强需弱、出口回落、钢价低位、成本上升、效益下滑”的运行特征，广大会员企业努力自律控产、优化品种结构、维护出口秩序，稳住了经济运行基本盘。　　据中钢协统计，上半年，重点统计企业累计营业收入3.05万亿元，同比下降0.7%；营业成本2.85万亿元，同比下降0.6%；利润总额584亿元，同比下降5.5%；销售利润率1.92%，同比下降0.09个百分点。其中，钢铁主业利润167亿元，同比下降40%，利润率0.77%。6月末，重点统计企业资产负债率为61.13%、同比下降0.97个百分点。　　赵民革表示，“十五五”规划纲要提出，要巩固提升钢铁产业在全球产业分工中的地位和竞争力。

三 | 今年是“十五五”开局之年，钢铁行业要坚定信心、向新向优，持续深化钢铁产能治理。配合做好产量调控工作，推动差异化产量调控方案落地。配合落实钢铁产能结构优化政策，做好钢铁行业规范企业等动态调整。

四 | 　　赵民革说，“十五五”规划为钢铁行业发展提供了有力支撑。水网、新型电网、算力网、新一代通信网、城市地下管网、物流网“六张网”规划建设，预计投资规模超23万亿元，将带来2.61亿吨钢材需求。
